I: Tell me about yourself.

A: I was born and raised in Beijing. I attended Peking University and
received my bachelor's degree in Economics. I have worked for 2 years as a
financial consultant in Beijing for China Pacific Insurance Co. Ltd. I enjoy
playing tennis in my free time and learning foreign languages.
我出生于北京，并在那里長大。我考入北京大學(xué)，獲得了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。 我在中國太平洋保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司做了兩年的金融顧問。我喜歡在空閑時間打網(wǎng)球和學(xué)外語。
I: What type of position are you looking for?
你想找份什么樣的工作？
A: I'm looking for a position in which I can utilize my experience.
我想找個能充分發(fā)揮我工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工作。
I: Are you interested in a full-time or part-time position?
你想做全職還是兼職？
A: I am more interested in a full-time position. However, I would also
consider a part-time position.
我傾向于做全職，不過，我也會考慮兼職的。
I: Can you tell me about your responsibilities at your last job?
你能說說你前一份工作的主要職責(zé)嗎？
A: I advised customers on financial matters. After I consulted the customer,
I completed a customer inquiry form and catalogued the information in our
database. I then collaborated with colleagues to prepare the best possible
package for the client. The clients were then presented with a summarized report
on their financial activities that I formulated on a quarterly basis.
我為顧客的金融事務(wù)提供咨詢。當(dāng)我和顧客商討之后，我就填一份顧客咨詢表，并把有關(guān)信息按目錄輸入數(shù)據(jù)庫。然后我和同事一起為顧客精心準(zhǔn)備盡可能最好的一攬子計(jì)劃，顧客會收到一份我根據(jù)他們的金融行為按季度做出的簡報(bào)。
I: What is your greatest strength?
你最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么？
A: I am an excellent communicator. People trust me and come to me for advice.
One afternoon, my colleague was involved with a troublesome customer who felt he
was not being served well. I made the customer a cup of coffee and invited both
my colleague and the client to my desk where we solved the problem together.
我非常善于和人溝通，人們信任我，來我這里征求建議。有一天下午，我的同事碰到了一個棘手的顧客，他感覺服務(wù)不周到。我給顧客沖了一杯咖啡，并請我的同事和顧客到我辦公室，在那里我們把問題解決了。
I: What is your greatest weakness?
你最大的缺點(diǎn)是什么？
A: I tend to spend too much time making sure the customer is satisfied.
However, I began setting time-limits for myself.
我為了確保顧客滿意，經(jīng)常要花費(fèi)很多時間。不過，我開始為自己定了時間限制。
I: Why do you want to work for our company?
你為什么要來我們公司工作？
A: After following your firm's progress for the last 3 years, I am convinced
that your company is becoming one of the market leaders and I would like to be a
part of that team.
我關(guān)注貴公司的發(fā)展已經(jīng)三年了，我相信貴公司必將成為市場的主導(dǎo)者之一，我非常希望成為其中一員。

A: Immediately.
