The 8th Qingdao International Sailing Week and Qingdao International Marine Festival will open at the city of Qingdao's Olympic Sailing Center, on Aug 5.
Act Two of the 2016 Extreme Sailing Series ended Monday in Qingdao, East China's Shandong province, with Team Alinghi from Switzerland winning the championship.
Qingdao, Shandong province, is the next port of call for the Clipper 2015-2016 Round the World Yacht Race, when it drops anchor in the coastal city from March 10 to 20.
